What do you do if you haven’t worked for a long time and need to refresh old work habits and skills or develop new ones? Even if you have worked recently, sometimes it’s good to challenge yourself with a new environment or new skills. Work can be daunting and it helps to test the water sometimes in a supportive, friendly environment.
 
The Innovation Farm at Bonville can help you move on if you are stuck and find yourself wanting more from life. The farm provides a balance of hands on horticultural training with life and job skills. You can expect to get lots of fresh air, exercise, improved confidence and self esteem, team support and some accredited training through TAFE – all on the farm and in a beautiful part of the world. And you might get dirty as well....

The program runs for 10-13 weeks, 2 days a week. Transport from Coffs is provided.  If you want to know more talk to your Employment Consultant now before places go!
