Disability Employment Services
Need extra support to find work or stay in a current job?
DES - Disability Employment Services provides specialised, flexible, tailored support to help people find and maintain employment. This includes pre-employment activities, life skills, training, ongoing support and employer incentives.
Eligibility: Aged 14 years or above with mental health or general disability support needs
Locations: Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Bellingen, Nambucca, Dorrigo, Woolgoolga and Yamba

Personal Helpers and Mentors Program
Need some One-On-One support?
PHaMs – Personal Helpers and Mentors Program assists people on their recovery journey by helping to better manage daily activities and improving access to the support and services. We use a strengths based, participant focused, holistic approach.
Eligibility: Aged 16 years or above. Limitations due to severe mental illness

Coffs Harbour Men's Shed
Want to put your skills to use?
Coffs Harbour Men's Shed provides a space for men from all walks of life to talk, share skills, swap ideas, solve problems or even just discuss life in general. Mentors guide participants to produce a wide range of projects for the community, with a focus on wood working.
Eligibility: Males of any age willing to volunteer
