As a specialised employment service provider, CHESS has a database of people able to undertake work in a wide spectrum of work roles and work environments.

CHESS works with Employers to:

• Gain a thorough understanding of your work requirements
• Identify suitable referrals
• Identify and facilitate work placements, work experience and employment
• Provide initial and ongoing support for both the employers and the employees
• Arranging employer incentives , traineeships and apprenticeships
• Provide on the job training and support where required

CHESS is available to provide general information about our services and our database of clients. We will visit you onsite to discuss your employment requirements and to establish and maintain an effective working partnership. Our Services are at NO COST to the Jobseeker or Employer.
