Community Bike Shed & Garden

The Shed serves as a base for CHESS clients to participate in activities such as Bike Recycling, all aspects of vegetable gardening and general grounds maintenance.   Located in Enterprise Park South Grafton, it is a centre for the development of work and life skills with some social activities and food.  Clients are trained and mentored in repair and recycle of bikes for distribution to clients and other disadvantaged people through community groups and welfare agencies. Clients attending the shed are also invited to attend group exercise classes at the nearby gym.
